1. Payment & Charges

• All toll charges (FASTag) and parking fees during the trip shall be borne by the hirer.
• Fuel costs are included in the package unless otherwise specified.
• An advance payment of 50% is required at the time of booking.
• Balance payment must be made before the trip commences.

2. Traffic Violations & Fines

• Any e-challans, traffic fines, or penalties issued during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the hirer.
• Management will not be liable for any violations incurred during the trip.
• The hirer must ensure all passengers comply with traffic and safety regulations.

3. Damage & Liability

• The hirer is responsible for any damage to the bus, seats, interiors, or equipment during the rental period.
• Cost of repairs or replacement for damaged items will be charged to the hirer.
• Any loss of accessories, tools, or parts during the trip must be compensated by the hirer.
• The bus must be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear and tear excepted).

4. Prohibited Items & Activities

• Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or any illegal substances inside the bus is strictly prohibited.
• Carrying inflammable, explosive, or hazardous materials is not allowed.
• Any illegal activities during the trip are the sole responsibility of the hirer.

5. Trip Duration & Overtime

• The agreed trip duration must be adhered to strictly.
• Additional hours beyond the agreed time will be charged at applicable overtime rates.
• Driver's rest time (minimum 8 hours) must be ensured for trips exceeding 12 hours.
• The bus must be returned before the special/temporary permit expiry time. Any delays or permit violations are the hirer's responsibility.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 7+ days before trip: 90% refund
• Cancellation 3-7 days before trip: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 3 days: No refund
• No-show on trip date: No refund

7. Driver & Crew

• Driver accommodation and meals during the trip shall be arranged by the hirer.
• The driver has the right to refuse unsafe routes or unreasonable requests.
• Management is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Insurance & Safety

• The bus is covered under standard vehicle insurance.
• Personal belongings of passengers are not covered under our insurance.
• Management is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or accidents during the trip.
